Who We Are

Sullivan & Company, founded in 1975, is one of the largest independent public accounting firms in Rhode Island, serving privately held and family-owned businesses and not-for-profit organizations.  Strengthened by our merger with Syner, Cavallaro & Cabral, our goal is to consistently deliver responsive, professional services to organizations wishing to grow and expand, and to provide full-service accounting and advisory services to various industries.
