Diane Della Selva serves as the firm’s director of quality control. She is responsible for performing an independent technical review of all engagements to ensure compliance with accounting, auditing and attestation standards and regulations. She develops and implements rigorous quality control standards ensuring that the firm continues to receive the highest peer-review rating for its integrity and professional principles. Diane also spearheads the firm’s comprehensive training initiatives designed to keep the professional staff up-to-date on the ever-changing standards affecting businesses today.

Prior to joining Sullivan & Company in 1984, Diane spent six years in private industry, including two years in the corporate accounting department of a Fortune 500 company and four years in the controller's department of a leading local bank.   

Diane holds both a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master’s of Science degree in Taxation from Bryant University. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants.
