Donald Sullivan is known for his personal commitment to the financial stability of his clients and his dedication to educating clients on best-practices for sound financial health. With a focus on not-for-profit organizations, he frequently works with clients on securing and retaining tax-exempt status, compliance with the regulations of key governmental agencies and other funding sources, and the design and implementation of accounting systems. Over the years, Don has maintained long-term relationships with clients who have grown from fledgling groups to flourishing organizations.

Don plays an integral role in the firm’s pursuit of excellence and integrity, serving as the  designated principal to the Governmental Audit Quality Center and the Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center, both segments of the American Institution of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a member of the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Don has remained active at the University of Rhode Island -- where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting -- and today serves as the President of the Alumni Association. He was honored with the Accountant of the Year Award as well as the esteemed Ram Award for his dedication to the Alumni Association and the University for more than 25 years. He is a Trustee of the University of Rhode Island Foundation where he has served for ten years.
