Michael Karolewski often works with clients in the sectors of technology, manufacturing, real estate and a variety of service industries. He is adept at resolving difficult situations – whether in business acquisitions or inter-company challenges – to stay on course and get the job done while protecting the clients’ best interests.

Mike not only manages audit and tax engagements for clients, he frequently can be found on-site at his clients’ workplaces where he rolls up his sleeves to dig in for answers that often improve efficiencies. He advises clients with international interests navigating the tax requirements and seeking to implement systematic accounting operations overseas.

A graduate of Bryant University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, he is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Northern Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce.
